Please help. trouble installing torrent(transmission) on

I just flashed r25309 on a TL-WR841ND v9.0 from r24461 that was working great for my needs. I 30/30/30ed the router before and after flashing. I set up a qos rule setting to bulk all the traffic through port 51413 that is used by the torrent program I use (trasmission), and I set an uplink of 776 (90% of my bandwith) and a downlink of 6721 (95%).
In DD-WRT settings Open the DD-WRT interface in a web browser. Navigate to NAT/QoS, UPnP and make sure the UPnP Service is set to Disable. Click on Save, and then Apply Settings. Navigate to NAT/QoS, UPnP, Port Forwarding. Click on Add button to add a new empty line. Type in a name for the rule under Application. This can be anything.
